On the bright side, the service was top-notch, with excellent trip organization and helpful staff. This hotel is conveniently located near the train station and shopping district, making it easy to explore the tourist attractions. The rooms were close by to reception for added security. However, the staff's behavior, especially Murad, left much to be desired. The service was hit-or-miss but had some bright spots. The location was great, providing easy access to the lively area with plenty of dining options. Despite some drawbacks, considering the value paid, it's a decent place to stay with lower expectations.
